  15. NOT in the public domain. All programs and data files are Copyright 1992 - 
  16. 1996 by Elfring Soft Fonts. All rights are reserved. Except to the extent 
  17. expressly licensed by us, we have and reserve the exclusive copyright and 
  18. other rights, title and interest to distribute the ESF's Art Deco Fonts and
  19. all earlier versions of it. Distribution restriction rights are claimed 
  20. under that copyright and are outlined below. This package must be distributed
  21. intact. These products are distributed under the shareware concept.

  57. the ASP they must contact us within 30 days for permission to continue to 
  58. distribute this product, or they must remove it from their catalog. This 
  59. product must be distributed on a single disk in uncompressed format (the 
  60. SETUP program will not work otherwise).

  91. including this software on their cover disk/CD-ROM should contact Elfring 
  92. Soft Fonts directly for the most current version of this package before 
  93. producing the cover material.

  99. 40% of the CD's content is font based, that it explains the shareware concept,
